1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Hygiene or intimate products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@nianvic.com
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  3. Photos (if item is damaged/defective)
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions
  5. Ship the item to the return address provided

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong item was sent
    • The item was damaged in transit
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank processing may vary)

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned used or damaged
  • Packaging is missing

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Incorrect
