2. Product Description and Colour
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography. Product sizes are as per our Size Guide, and measurements are provided in good faith.
We are not responsible for minor variations in colour or appearance that do not materially affect the product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and Clearpay. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

7. Attempted Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notice. You are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in your order being returned to Nianvic, and shipping charges may not be refundable.
8. Lost Parcels
Nianvic is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation by the courier. We recommend signing for parcels or using tracked services where available.
9. Missing or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, you must notify Nianvic within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
We may request photographic evidence before issuing replacements or refunds.

Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all original labels attached.
