My wife and I were recommended to purchase a couple of Byrna non-lethal pistols for self-defense for the two of us. Well, we knew there was a store in another area it’s just with my military background being a veteran from the army. I decided that I wanted for my wife and I to get trained at least familiar with the CL watch it that we purchased from the company. Being in the service for 20 years, I am very picky. I’m also big in the training so I called live safe New England and I did ask if they had a range that they could train the sign just so we get familiar with the weapon? Well the trainer and his name is Joe is also the owner of this store and he told me right over the phone I can get you and your wife very familiar with it and also Santinos of my background from the service he knows I had to train on weapons, pistol and rifle. I’m gonna tell you when I first spoke with Joe on the phone. I knew right off the bat. It was very solid and also dynamite. We went in at 9 o’clock this morning for an hour and a half training on a Saturday. He went over everything with us answered all the questions that we had and he also gave us an opportunity to hands on training. He makes sure we were very familiar with the weapon. He also told us about basically all the laws in Massachusetts when it comes to having a non-lethal pistol. He also wasn’t there to make money and what I mean by that is he didn’t wanna sell you something that you didn’t need which I thought was great because the wife and I don’t wanna spend money that we don’t wanna spend on especially with the economy. We went to the whole training course with him. It was fantastic. I also like other man that he works with. They were both super Joe also said if you have any other questions feel free to call me which I thought was superb. It is legal to carry this in the state of Massachusetts or Rhode Island. It’s basically legal to carry in all 50 states. My wife never shot before so she did very well with the training from him. I also did enjoy the training and I would recommend this man and his store to anyone because he cares about people also if you’ve never shot before or if you have shot a weapon before this is well worth picking up and having it for protection for yourself and all your loved ones. I already told him that I’m gonna pass out his business cards because my wife and I live over 45 minutes away and it was well worth the trip. It was also well worth I got money for training which is $50 for an hour and a half of training and it’s well worth spending. You won’t regret it.
Just bought my Byrna SD from Live Safe NE. Was looking at them on Amazon & I’m glad I decided to go here. They’re a premier dealer & Joe hooked me up. He was very knowledgeable and showed me more than I could have learned buying it online. They have an indoor range & I got to shoot it before my purchase. Not only did they have what I wanted, they’re fully stocked with both the SD, LE & rifles as well as ammo, CO2, holsters, targets, packs etc. It was also the lowest price I found too. I also went back a few days later & bought a holster. Once again less than it was online. Great company, great people. I couldn’t be happier.

I looked at the different guns and went with the LE i went to live safe in Norton. They have a lot going on at the store they are knowledgeable and friendly too. You can even test out a gun in their indoor range. So don’t get your gun from Walmart or bass pro shop get it in Norton.
I had stopped in a couple times, to get myself Educated on the Byrna Protection System, the other day my Wife & I went back wanted her to feel comfortable with the Byrna. We bought 2 Byrna’s. Joe was very knowledgeable explaining all of our questions & let us try them out in the practice area. These are Great Protection which we can have on us as we travel from State to State. My wife and I went in to look at the Byrna Compact. Joe LaPalme was especially helpful in going through all the features. We were able to test the features, practice firing and learn defense skills. I highly recommend these products and this dealership in particular. I had never owned a firearm and hadn’t fired anything in about 35 years. I called the store looking for information about Byrna products and Joseph answered the phone. I arrived at the store and the service polite and straight forward. This is what I like, no hard sell. He walked me through all of the features and benefits of each model and let me try one out on the indoor range. I felt that he would spend as much time as I need to be comfortable with the product and the features. I was set up with the kit, laser sight and extra ammo. I gave my wife and daughter a tutorial of how to use the weapon and set up a small practice range in the basement. Two minutes in they were completely comfortable with the process. We even did a dark room training run to try and cover all scenarios. I feel much more prepared for any “what if” events.

I visited Live Safe NE on a Wednesday without an appointment. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Joe Lapalme. He was with another customer at the time and said he would be with me shortly. Joe spent time helping my learn about Byrna and showed me a few models in the shooting range. I ended up purchasing on the spot and Joe even took additional time to go over maintenance and registration with me. I was on a time crunch that day and Joe offered to have me back to over my purchase in greater detail another day. I have the Byrna SD. I like the weight of the launcher and the accuracy. It also fits in almost any bag I am carrying so I am always at the ready. My husband, Marc, made an appointment for us at Live Safe New England on December 13th because he wanted to buy a Byrna for me for Christmas. Our appointment was with Joe. He was wonderful. He first listened as I described my protection needs and recommended the launcher that was right for me. At the practice range, my husband and I both shot the compact launcher (the model that I chose.) Joe’s instruction was so thorough. He made sure that I was completely comfortable with loading, carrying, and firing the CL. After fun at the range, Joe helped us pick out projectiles to best fit my needs. In all, we were there for about an hour and a half. I would, 100%, recommend buying a Byrna from Live Safe New England.
