Residential Cleaning FAQ

It is entirely up to you. Many of our clients in Towcester and Grendon provide us with a key so they can return to a spotless home. Others prefer to be present to provide specific directions. We simply ask that our team has clear access on the scheduled day.

For a standard 3-bedroom home, we recommend a minimum of 3 hours to ensure our “meticulous detail” standard is met. For larger estates or specific requirements, contact us for a bespoke time estimate.

We offer flexibility!

Your Supplies: Using your own equipment is cost-effective and ensures your preferred scents are used.

Vercleaner Supplies: For an additional charge, we can provide professional-grade, eco-friendly solutions, mops, and high-filtration vacuums. Please specify this at the time of booking.

We prioritise transparency and safety. Payments are made via secure online checkout or bank transfer. To maintain hygiene and clear records, our staff do not accept cash. You can even choose to pay after the service is complete and you are 100% satisfied.

We understand plans change.

Rescheduling: Please provide 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Cancellations made under 24 hours incur a 50% admin fee; cancellations made under 48 hours incur a 25% fee.

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 24 hours to inspect the results. If anything isn’t perfect, contact us immediately for a free ‘correction clean’ or a potential discount/refund.

We have extensive experience across Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, including corporate offices, retail stores, warehouses, hotels, and healthcare facilities. If you need an expert, thorough clean, Vercleaner is the trusted choice.

Absolutely. All staff undergo a rigorous recruitment process, including identity checks, right-to-work verification, and employer references. Where required (such as for care homes), staff are DBS checked. All cleaners must demonstrate core safety knowledge before deployment.

Yes. To ensure minimum disruption to your business operations in Milton Keynes or Northampton, we offer flexible cleaning schedules, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

This depends entirely on your business needs. We can create a customised cleaning schedule specially for your premise type and number of employees.

Once we agree on a bespoke cleaning plan, we draw up a transparent contract. After you review and sign it, we set up your account and begin work immediately. We are a VAT-registered company (Vercleaner Limited, VAT Registration Number: 511411353) for your accounting convenience.

Yes. We typically supply all necessary equipment and eco-friendly products as part of the contract. Consumables (toilet rolls, hand towels, etc.) can also be managed by us and invoiced monthly upon request.
