● Rescheduling: Please provide 48 hours’ notice.
● Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Cancellations made under 24 hours incur a 50% admin fee; cancellations made under 48 hours incur a 25% fee.

Yes. We typically supply all necessary equipment and eco-friendly products as part of the contract. Consumables (toilet rolls, hand towels, etc.) can also be managed by us and invoiced monthly upon request.
