Strength & Conditioning

Coaches will guide athletes through a scope and sequence, designed to develop a balanced level of fitness. Each session will include resistance and bodyweight training, with a focus on functional, explosive movement that contributes to the athlete’s specific sport or fitness goals.

Participants will enjoy a fun, positive atmosphere, making friends and growing closer to Christ Jesus, while a Christ-centered Bible application will be presented at each workout session by a CSD coach.

Multiple sessions are offered each year for the cost of a donation.
