Self-Defense Classes
Conquest Self Defense is a Kajukenbo Ge Shou Dao academy. Students are instructed in the Kajukenbo Ge Shou Dao Self-Defense System, a progressive, hybrid martial art from Hawaii that combines Karate, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, and Boxing into a single system of self-protection for people of any age, background, and ability.
Students develop their striking and grappling skills through partner drills and live sparring in each class. CSD coaches work with students, helping them reach their self-defense goals, while making safety paramount to their training experience.
All classes include a Christ-centered Bible message presented before or after training.
