Difficulties such as anxiety, depression, anger, peer relationships, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions can significantly impact their well-being. I provide a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment where young individuals can express themselves openly and feel understood without judgement.<\/p>\n<p>My approach is tailored to the unique needs, personality, and developmental stage of each child or adolescent. By building a strong therapeutic relationship, I help young clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and build confidence in navigating life&#8217;s challenges. I also recognize the importance of family involvement when appropriate and work collaboratively to support positive growth and lasting change.
